In the past we enjoyed having workers from Germany, New Zealand and Australia so if you currently have a valid “Working Holiday Visa” under the International Experience Program or have a valid “Open Work Permit” and would like to work on our farm, contact us!

Farm Labourers

We are currently seeking Full Time and Seasonal Farm Labourers/Equipment Operators & Truck Drivers. Full Time positions offer year round permanent employment and Seasonal positions are between approximately April -May 2026 and August – October 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Applicants must:

  • Hold a valid Class 1A drivers licence for trucker postions and a valid Class 5 licence for all other roles, a clean driving record regardless of licence class is required.
  • Operators must have experience operating modern equipment such as Air Drills, Sprayers and Combines, with a general working knowledge of farm equipment.
  • Be mechanically inclined and capable of performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Truckers must be capable of conducting pre/post-trip inspections, assist in the maintenance of the truck including cleaning, servicing and minor maintenance tasks and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while operating trucks on the farm and on public roads.
  • All candidates must be digitally proficient and capable of using a variety of apps and gps software.
  • Have the ability to work independently, multitask and be efficient with their time.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks as needed and work long days during our Growing Season.
  • Have the ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions, proficiency in English is a critical component of our operations.
  • Team orientated personality, has the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating any equipment and performing manual labor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.
