We are currently seeking Seasonal Farm Operators and Labourers to join our team for our 2024 growing season. These are temporary full time positions between April 2024 and September 2024, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Our ideal candidate:
Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record, Class 1 licence is a definite asset.
Has experience operating modern equipment with a general working knowledge of equipment.
Be mechanically inclined and capable of performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
Able to work independently, multitask and is efficient with their time.
Reliable and able to work long days during our busy growing season.
Able to perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of outdoor conditions.
Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions, proficiency in English is a critical component of our operations.
Team orientated personality, has the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities:
Plant, Fertilize, Cultivate, Spray and Harvest crops.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
Diagnose, perform and document repairs and routine maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
